A NEW CHAPTER

I think we all question ourselves from time to time about what we are doing in life and where we are heading, and being at that midlife point myself this certainly resonated with me a little while ago. Don’t get me wrong I love what I do, always have, always will, but being that self employed person can sometimes be hard, the thought of having a regular wage every month with a ‘normal’ job did sound quite tempting at times I have to say.

For me at my present moment in life, now my children are older, a bit more self-sufficient and don’t need to rely on me all the time, I realised I can focus on me a little more, my time my energy my hopes and dreams, and also realised I had probably played it a bit ‘safe’ in my business whilst raising my children and all that entails, I adore my children and they really do complete me, but juggling everything can be hard at times.

So I had a choice and I decided it was time to take La Luna Floral Design further and elevate my business and step out of my comfort zone, big girl pants on and go for it!

So fast forward a bit I have now had the amazing opportunity to start a ‘new chapter’ with La Luna with a shared premises at the incredible Paula Rooney Floral Designer Stables in Upton Grey, an amazing workspace set in the countryside in a converted stables, with a beautiful office I share with Paula and Kat, and an incredible new meeting room, to host all our meetings and consultations. And an incredible workroom to create and design your amazing weddings and events. Paula Rooney Floral Design | Luxury Wedding Florist is an incredibly talented and hugely successful lady, a dear friend, and who I have worked on a freelance basis for, for the last 5 years or so. She is also a great  mentor to me, a hugely positive person who really wants everyone to succeed. It really is a beautiful space, and feel very fortunate to have this opportunity and cant wait to host my meetings there with you soon.

It really does feel like a new chapter and one I am embracing with an empowering positive mind and focus. There are lots of exciting things planned for the future, and hope you will continue along my journey with me.
