Meet Claire Carter

Hello, and welcome to the ‘all bout me bit’, I’m Claire Carter a lover of weddings and all things flowery, so you have come to the right place. I just adore designing and creating wedding flowers and all that entails, from the initial enquiry I get excited and and cant wait to get all the gorgeous details of your day, so I can start designing you a mood board of ideas. Then design meetings where all the details come together and then the on day creation of something spectacular. Just seeing your faces with the big reveal is everything to me, its a feeling and quite often might cry with you! And fabulous events, parties, christenings you name it, I just love it! I’m highly experienced with a career in floristry spanning 29 years! Crikey! And establishing my own wedding and events floral design business in 2009 after my second child was born.

Hampshire born and bred, I am a wife to Garry and Mum to two amazing children, Archie & Lola, both motorsport mad, well 3 including the Husband, when I am not busy flowering you will find me at a race track watching my son fly around racing his go-kart.

I am so lucky to work from an amazing space in the countryside with nature all around us, where I can unleash my creativity. And have an amazing team behind me, who without none of this is possible,

With my passion for botanical beauty and an eye for detail, I take inspiration from nature at every chance, and love how the seasons change with colour and texture.

Autumn is my favourite season, the colours, hues and textures are divine.

Ask me to name a favourite flower, that’s hard. There are a few, but nothing beats the heady scent of Sweet Peas and Garden Roses, and big fluffy peonies are just the best!

I feel very lucky to be working as a creative in the floral industry and honoured that you hire me to be part of your special day or event, it really is what makes me tick!
